Too many hosting, web design or computer companies keep their customers in check by making everything seem mysterious or complicated. At Lyons, we take a different approach. We are committed to technological and operational transparency, which means we pull back the curtain and show you exactly what you are paying for and how it works. For instance, we use a lot of open-source software that costs very little and allows us to pass that savings to you. Instead of paying for expensive software, clients pay for time, expertise and the actual space on our servers.
Our customers are in complete control of their sites, but when they do have a problem we are there to help. We understand that this is a different approach, but it works for us and our customers certainly seem to appreciate it.
